Yo, yo, yo, yo, your show sucks. Just kidding. Uh, it was to be really frank, it was kind of hard to find the send us a fan mail, but I finally figured out. I'm listening, I listen to stuff on um Apple, like an Apple podcast player on my phone. Um yeah, good show. Uh, and I guess to answer some of your questions, um, well, first I appreciate the yo yo yo shout out in the beginning uh from me. And I like the cadence of the show. So I like um the guests. I think the banter back and forth sometimes with you on the guests is pretty good. And it's actually interesting to get different topics and different expertise and things, and I like that kind of stuff.

forgot it was a Monday and just listened to the show. My big takeaway is and I do this for my own net worth calculation I feel my home equity is not something to be counted in net worth since I plan on being in it for a while.
